SHUFFLE
Shuffle is a fast-paced street dance where the focus is on different steps without forgetting the hands. Shuffle originates from the 1980s in Australia, it has traditionally been danced at festivals and clubs. In recent years, shuffle has come to the fore on social media, and now you can also practice shuffle in dance classes. Shuffle is mostly danced to EDM, house and techno music.
TWERK
Twerk is a dance style originating from African dances and African-American hip hop culture, whose movements are heavily focused on the lower body. The sport includes, among other things, kicking the buttocks, strikes on the hips and pops on the buttocks. Twerk also develops physical fitness, especially the back, thigh, buttock and stomach muscles. In Twerk classes, you practice different techniques of the sport, learn choreography and have fun!
REGGAETON
Reggaetón was born in Panama, mixing Jamaican music influences reggae and dancehall with Latin American hip hop music and Salsa rhythms. Reggaeton dance uses a lot of mid-body Afro-style gathering movements and hips. The most well-known movement is probably chest jerking and various shoulder and hip shakes. The dance style is fun, energetic and challenging. The music is energetic and brings a good feeling to dancing!
COMMERCIAL
Commercial is a fusion dance of many dance styles. In the Commercial class, techniques from different genres are combined and used, and a bold attitude in the spirit of music videos is sought. The classes focus on choreography, performance and finding a strong attitude. The lesson aims to find everyone's own natural way to move and have fun!
HIP-HOP
Hip Hop is a culture originating from New York, one of the elements of which is the Hip Hop dance. Hip-hop has many different variations and mixes of different styles. The movement of hip hop strongly shows the bounce and groove that takes place in the body, as well as the basic movements, which are called "foundation" or "party steps".
FEMININE HIPHOP

HEELS
In the Heels class, we practice dancing in high heels. During the class, different walks and poses, weight transfer and techniques of different dances are practiced. The sport also includes techniques performed on the floor.
DANCEHALL
Dancehall is a Jamaican street dance genre and culture. Dancehall is an energetic and strong expression that combines relaxation and explosiveness. The sport lives on and is constantly evolving on the streets of Jamaica.
